Summary

With a membership base of over 100 users, it was clear that the outdated web approach they were using no longer matched their ambitions as a growing business. I knew that this was an opportunity to not only improve the online presence of the Crossfit Box, but also provide a better experience for their members. I then set out to design a new website that was not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate and user-friendly. I focused on creating a clean and modern layout that highlighted the unique features of the Crossfit Box.
The end result was a website that not only looked great but also provided a better experience for the members. The Crossfit Box was thrilled with the new website, and it quickly became a valuable asset to their business. I was proud to have played a part in helping this Crossfit Box reach its full potential and am excited to see what the future holds for them.

What was done

1. The initial step was conducting a strategic discovery to identify the areas for improvement.

2. The next step was to design and optimize the website for a better user experience.

3. The website was also optimized for mobile devices for easy access on the go.

4. A component-based UI-kit was implemented to streamline the design process.

5. Product Design Sprints were used to explore new functionality options that could benefit the users.

What they asked to help

— Take their product look to the next level

— Fix UX issues in mobile and web application

— Match their bold vision to the look and experience of the product

— Be informative but also inspiring.

The main objective was to elevate the appearance of their product, address any user experience issues on mobile and web applications, align the product's design and experience with their ambitious vision, and create an engaging and informative website. To achieve this, a key step was to develop a landing page with clear and specific messaging, which helped drive conversions. In collaboration with the Crosspunch team, a new website structure was designed using the AIDA model, and packaged in an attractive layout. 🙂
